We believe in Prime+’s ability to deliver real results—but natural hormone optimization requires consistency. If you don’t notice a difference in your energy, focus, or drive within 30 days of consistent use, we’ll refund your product cost.
To ensure fairness and prevent abuse of our guarantee, here is how it works:
First-Time Orders Only: This guarantee applies exclusively to your first order of Prime+.
Proof of Consistency: You must show consistent daily usage. Testosterone support does not work if you skip days. To claim a refund, you must submit:
Usage Log/Photos: A photo log or daily tracker showing you took your serving every single day for 30 days.
Empty Packet Requirement: A photo showing the empty Prime+ packaging (proving the product was fully consumed and not just discarded).
Experience Summary: A written summary of your experience, specifically detailing your energy levels, workout recovery, and focus week-over-week, and what specific results you did or didn’t notice.
Submission Window: Requests must be submitted between days 30–35 after delivery. Claims made outside this window will not be eligible.
Return of Packaging: In some cases, we may require the return of the original packaging (even if empty) to verify the batch number.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your gummies arrive damaged or you received the wrong item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos showing the issue and the shipping label.
Requests made after 48 hours will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Return shipping for damaged goods analysis is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated by support.
General Return Requirements
Unopened Items: Returns are accepted for unused, unopened, and sealed products in their original packaging only.
Authorization: Returns must be authorized by our team before being sent. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility; we do not provide prepaid return labels.
Product Cost Only: Refunds cover the cost of the product only; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Inspection: Refunds are only issued after the returned product has been received and inspected by our warehouse team to ensure the safety seal is intact. Inspections typically take 48 hours after receipt.
Subscription Orders
For subscription renewals and repeat orders, cancellations must be made before your payment method is charged. Our system prepares orders immediately to ensure fast shipping.
Once your payment is processed and the order is in progress or has been sent to our warehouse, it is considered final and will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of product inspection or claim approval.
Refunds are issued strictly to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
We track and document every return and refund carefully to maintain accuracy and compliance with our banking partners.
Additional Notes
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products (outside of the specific 30-Day Guarantee strictures).
Refunds will not be issued for unauthorized returns.
